The main part of the C.E.S.A.R. project (Project regarding the Completion of the EU Support for the Agricultural Restructuring) means realising the General Cadastre for 19 NUTS5 territories across 13 counties. The project is performed with the assistance of the World Bank by the Romanian National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI).
– Free charge property registration
– Absorbtion of the EU funds for the achievment of subsidies in agriculture
– Completion of the property restitution process and the territorial admintrative units level
– Creation of a unique system for the real estate data
The General Cadastre includes: identification, description and registration of the immovable properties in the land registration documents, their measurements and representation on cadastral plans and the data recording into digital formats; the identification and registration of all immovable property holders and of the individual unit condominium constructions, for the registration in the Land Book.
Gauss realized the General Cadastre implementation in the territorial administrative units of Marzanesti (Teleorman) and Valea Marului (Galati) works have been finalized in 2013 and resulted in over 26.000 real estates being listed into the Land Registry.
